Compared to Lohi’s earlier works (both direction and scripts) his last two films (this one and the one w/ Dilip) are crap!!
Also his film Chakram was crap as well!!

I can’t believe that the guy who wrote the scripts for films like Thaniyavartanam, Kireedam, Bharatham, Amaram, Chenkol, Bhoothakkannadi (directed as well), Joker (directed as well)…made a crap like Nivedhyam.

Nivedhyam is no where close to his earlier works….

Maybe he has gotten the curse Francis Ford Coppala has got?

I like this film very much.After a long period the malayalam film industry has got a wonderful story.Lohi sir made a wonderful job.The new actors acting was outstanding.All of them made a great effort especially bhama and vinu mohan.Sir we are expecting good films from you sir……….

The songs in this movie are wonderful, I didn’t like them initially, but after I heard them a few times I started liking them. Odakuazhal is my favourite.

Regarding the youngsters both of them have done really well; especially Vinu Mohan who exudes a genuine charm. I found Bhama slightly over the board at times; nevertheless excpetional performances from the debutantes.

This is a real sad product that lohi has come out with this time around. Its immensely depressing to see that lohi’s scripts these days refuse to move beyond the belle-in-distress-about-to-be-abused-by-chittappan-kochachan-ammavan-whoever theme.

Nivedyam is a boring rehash of lohi’s older scripts; its a real pain to sit through this Soothradharan or Kasthuriman in a temple makeover.
